安装时选择 “简体中文” 后，显示"The translation server is offline"，但其实是可以打开的

    版本 Drupal 8.2.5

    问题原因不知，解决方案参见 [2]

    直接到 [1] 下载翻译文件，放到 sites/default/files/translations 再重新安装即可。
